During the AP888 account registration process, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information. This includes your full name, date of birth, phone number, email address, and bank account or e-wallet details for payment verification purposes.

You are solely responsible for keeping your login credentials (username and password) confidential. AP888 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account as a result of your failure to safeguard your login information.

• Password: Use a strong password combining uppercase and lowercase letters, numbers, and symbols. Never share your password with anyone.
• KYC Verification: AP888 reserves the right to request identity verification documents (such as MyKad, passport, or driving licence) and proof of address at any time. Failure to provide the required documents within 72 hours may result in a temporary account suspension.
• Last Updated: You must keep your personal information up to date whenever changes occur. Failure to do so may affect your ability to make withdrawals.

AP888 offers a range of deposit methods suited for Malaysian players. All transactions are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR).

Accepted Deposit Methods:

• Daily Withdrawal Limit: The daily withdrawal limit for standard accounts is RM20,000. VIP members may withdraw up to RM200,000 per day.
• Identity Verification: AP888 reserves the right to request additional identity verification before processing withdrawals exceeding RM5,000. This is a standard security measure to protect your account.
• Withdrawal Methods: Withdrawals may only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit. This is a mandatory anti-money laundering (AML) policy.

• Bet Validity: A bet is only valid once AP888's system confirms receipt with a transaction reference number. AP888 is not liable for any bets that fail due to internet disruptions or technical issues on the user's end.
• Minimum Stake: The minimum stake per market is RM1. Maximum limits vary depending on the sport, market, and your account tier.
• Event Cancellation: If a match or sporting event is cancelled or postponed by more than 48 hours, all related bets will be voided and stakes refunded to your account.
• Live Betting (In-Play): Odds for live betting may change at any time. AP888 reserves the right to suspend or void any live betting market during a match for technical or operational reasons.
• Maximum Win Limit: AP888 reserves the right to cap maximum winnings per bet based on sport category and market. The maximum win limit is RM500,000 per single betting ticket.
• Irregular Betting: AP888 reserves the right to void and withhold payment on any bet suspected of being placed using insider information, match manipulation, or any form of fraud.

All online casino games at AP888 — including slots, Live Casino, poker, and jackpots — are powered by Random Number Generator (RNG) technology that has been independently audited to ensure complete fairness.

• Final Results: The outcome of all casino games is final once the transaction has been recorded in the system. AP888 will not alter the result of any completed game for any reason, unless a verifiable technical error has occurred.
• Technical Disruptions: In the event of a technical disruption during gameplay, AP888 will make every effort to restore the game to the last recorded state in the system. AP888 is not liable for any winnings that cannot be verified due to a technical disruption.

The following are strictly prohibited on the AP888 platform and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all balances:

• Multiple Account Ownership: Registering or operating more than one AP888 account.
• Identity Fraud: Registering under another person's identity or providing false personal information.
• Money Laundering: Using the AP888 platform for money laundering or any other unlawful financial activity.
• Unauthorised Software Usage: Using bots, automated software, scripts, or any technological tools to gain an unfair advantage in games.

• Collusion: Colluding with other players to cheat the system in poker or other table games.

• Activity suspected to be fraudulent, money laundering, or otherwise illegal
• Requests from law enforcement or regulatory authorities
• Voluntary account closure requested by the member

If your account is closed for reasons unrelated to a terms violation, any valid remaining balance will be returned to you once the verification process is complete. Accounts closed due to terms violations are not eligible for any balance refund.
